Sometimes, it really is worth taking the time to stop, sit back, evaluate your bid success rate and consider what could be done to improve it in the future. An experienced, independent, unbiased review of your bids and bid processes can really highlight your strengths and help to identify key areas you may need to develop or improve.

Some companies simply want us to run one of our successful existing courses to their employees, to ensure their team are all working at the same level. Other companies would like us to provide a more bespoke solution, focusing on a specific area, or areas, within their processes.

 

Your Focused In-house Training

Bid Writing

We will review two or three of your previous bids, either successful or unsuccessful, preferably along with the resulting feedback from the buyer.We will then identify areas of strength and areas of prospective development, with a focus on improving your team’s bid writing, and therefore delivering a higher success rate.

Bid Processes

With a more consultancy-led approach, we will work closely with you on the specific areas which you would like to develop or improve. For example, we could offer a number of half-day sessions focused purely on one particular area; starting with an open discussion on current practices, followed by recommendations being made and a subsequent series of reviews.

Both of these options can be supported by a plan of periodic training, delivered at your offices or another preferred location. Following the initial sessions, we will work with you to schedule a series of workshops to track progress and to focus on particular areas identified for development.

We can deliver bespoke in-house training at your offices or if you prefer, another suitable location.
