We will review two or three of your previous bids, either successful or unsuccessful, preferably along with the resulting feedback from the buyer.We will then identify areas of strength and areas of prospective development, with a focus on improving your team’s bid writing, and therefore delivering a higher success rate.
With a more consultancy-led approach, we will work closely with you on the specific areas which you would like to develop or improve. For example, we could offer a number of half-day sessions focused purely on one particular area; starting with an open discussion on current practices, followed by recommendations being made and a subsequent series of reviews.
Both of these options can be supported by a plan of periodic training, delivered at your offices or another preferred location. Following the initial sessions, we will work with you to schedule a series of workshops to track progress and to focus on particular areas identified for development.
