Bespoke Bid/Tender Workshops
With a view of helping your in-house teams, Thornton & Lowe can develop and deliver training at your site, based around your needs. Our team can spend time reviewing your previous bids, identifying your needs and developing a training session aimed at helping you maximise your success rates. Alternatively, we can deliver one of our other workshops at your offices.
Our in-house training is open to anyone who is involved in the tender process and who is looking to improve your company’s success rate.
Types of in-house training
We can, and have, delivered workshops at our clients’ regional and head offices. Some of our clients opt for our standard workshops, whilst others have something designed around their particular needs.
We can deliver our standard workshops at your premises for any number of staff. For example, we have delivered the Rail specific training at one of our client’s Head Office. We have also delivered the Bid Writing workshop at the regional offices for a number of different clients.
Tailored bespoke workshops
We can create a workshop totally focused on your needs. Quite often, this will include us reviewing 2 or 3 of you previous bids and discussing the challenges that you currently face when tendering. We then develop and tailor a workshop around the needs identified by both our client and from our reviews.
Another popular option is a plan of periodic training, delivered at your offices. Following the initial training, we will schedule a series of further workshops to track progress and to focus on particular development areas.
