What does our In-House Training involve?

The ideal option for if you have a few of your team that you want to up-skill and develop. We can run our established training courses or develop something more bespoke for you and your team.

Our in-house bid training is perfect for if you have between 5 and 10 of your team that you want to up-skill in bid writing and bid management, with the goal of helping your team win more bids. Our bid writing courses can be tailored for specific businesses, delivered in-house or online. We do also get requested to create sector specific related training, such as construction bid writing courses.

Our clients are focused on wanting to improve success rates and rather than send 1 or 2 people on a training course, then feeding back to the team, they want everyone to get the same message at the same time.

Our clients will often ask us things like:

“We have an established team but none who have had any formal training and we want to get everyone with the same level of knowledge. Can you help?”

“We want to get more familiar with key elements of bid management and to improve our writing. Can you help?”

“We have some successes but we want to get better. Can you help?”

Of course the answer is yes. We can create a bespoke course tailored to your needs, or we can run one of our current courses at a convenient date. For example, we could run the Bid Writing training course. Alternatively, we could, for example, develop a day that incorporates the bid writing as well as the bid/no bid process and pre-bid work. The day can be developed around exactly what you need. Or, the day could be purely focused on bid strategy, such as developing bid pipelines, competitor analysis, customer relationships and the decision to bid/no bid.

Another huge benefit of in-house training is that it provides the opportunity for everyone to be able to discuss bids and who is doing what – an opportunity that is often wanted and needed but rarely happens.

The training is suitable for any level of experience and any sector. It is interactive and relaxed, with real-life examples being used to help illustrate the various subject matters covered on the day.

The in-house courses can be delivered both online and face-to-face.
