Tottenham Project Will See 163 New Homes Built
Grainger has announced its intentions for the £60million Apex House scheme in Tottenham to begin next year. This will involve the demolition of an existing building on the site, followed by the construction of the main 22-storey building, a seven storey plinth building and four townhouses.
This project, as designed by architects John McAslan + Partners, will provide the borough of Tottenham with 163 new homes; 104 of which will be private rents and the 59 remaining will be marketed as discounted market rents.
Apex House sits adjacent to another Grainger project, the Seven Sisters Regeneration scheme, which will deliver a further 196 rental homes to the area. This will follow a Compulsory Purchase Order process which is currently being undertaken by the London Borough of Haringey.
The £60million Apex House scheme will present constructors working across various areas of the sector with the opportunity to become part of this lucrative project.
