Horisk Leslie Development has successfully been awarded a place on the National Framework for the Provision of Application Design and Development Services for the Scottish Government.
Thanks to the support of Thornton & Lowe’s in-house team of bid writing professionals, this 2-year contract, with the option to be extended for a further 2 years, will see Horisk provide Application Design and Development Services to meet the current and future needs of the Scottish public sector.
The required services include, but are not limited to:
- Digital transformation of existing services
- Web based application development
- Mobile application design and delivery
- Desktop application design and delivery
Furthermore, applications will be delivered for use on a variety of different devices, including both mobile and traditional desktop interfaces.
Due to the nature of the service required, it was essential that our client evidenced their approach to network and cyber security. Our bid writing team highlighted this by detailing their rigorous approach to both security monitoring and data encryption procedures. This was done through the use of case studies.
