An established healthcare client has been awarded a place on the Provision of Community Based Support and Personal Care Framework for a Southwest England Healthcare Trust.

Our healthcare client has 20 years’ experience delivering care in Southwest England. Through successful partnership working with the Healthcare Trust, they will continue to meet the needs and requirements of all Service Users in that area.
The community based support and personal care framework aims to provide greater independence for Service Users. Therefore, our client had to evidence their vast experience in delivering person-centred care that provides both independence and choice. Our bid writing team evidenced their practices in this area such as their training processes and safeguarding policies and procedures.
