Our Role

We worked with the client for approximately 2 years, working in a significant number of bids.
We were engaged to provide support on the writing of a bid to provide cleaning services for a well-known mail and parcel distributor.

Our Support

For the duration of the bid we provided the following:

  • Bid Manager
  • Senior Bid Writer
  • Bid Writer


As a multi-service provider, the client was looking to replicate its strengths and offering in this service, which was relatively new to them. The buying organisation was a high-profile private sector body and was a key customer for our client.

The Result

We provided Bid Manager support at the beginning and throughout the bid. We scheduled a series of meetings with the client’s Regional Sales Manager who would be managing the contract. As they were new to the business, we guided them through our processes and worked with them to discuss potential win themes.

The Bid Manager arranged the kick-off meeting with the client at our Head Office in Greater Manchester where we explored our client’s knowledge and understanding of their customer.

We worked closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Senior Operations Director to develop and write a strong bid.

We were pleased to hear that the bid was a success.
