If we could give 1 Top Tip to tendering with Housing Associations it would be as follows:
1. Understand the sector. Housing Associations or Registered Providers have a commitment to their customers and they are formally monitored on these. Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE’s) clearly state what is expected of them:
http://www.audit-commission.
For example, if you are responding to a question on value for money (VFM) - what is their VFM KLOE? http://www.audit-commission.
So how can you help them achieve their goals?
We have direct experience of successfully winning contracts with Housing Associations, as well as supporting Housing Associations to effectively procure services. We therefore understand what is required from a supplier, consultant or contractor. Contact us on 0845 862 0154 or complete the form for a FREE quote to support you with your PQQ or ITT submission.
